"Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to the top Chef leaving. Expedia knew this and didn’t get back in touch with me to let me know or send me an email very disappointed in Expedia .The couple who run the establishment are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent."

"This is a great place to stay with an easy drive into Scarborough for the Open Air Theatre. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was very well presented and comfortable. Excellent parking too."

"Not beach views as it's on a back street . room 208 needs painting on walls and a fan in bath room as you can not open windows as they are wooden windows and could not open. the staff was nice . the hotel needs alot of work to get up to todays 3 star rating."
