"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "
