She even sent her husband over to fix the gas for the hot water at 12am (he was there in 5 minuets)! The little goodies were a lovely touch too, the only thing i could reccommend is getting a couple of oven trays (you guys had everything else but that)! "The property is across from the ocean and just down the street from the aquarium and restaurants. Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. Also the hot water only comes out as a trickle where as the cold water comes out full blast. Have long hair was hard to...

10/10 Excellent

"My booking here was made literally last minute. And the receptionist greeted me so warm and even listened to my problem I had earlier. She was so helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else from now on in Napier but there. The room was warm and cosy, heaps of space and the amenities were great. I wish I could’ve stayed another night. I’ll definitely be back again "
