When we say experience a local home, we mean it! This 4 bedroom home is three minutes from the very best Sheridan has to offer! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails, the park down the street, or dog park nearby with all the furry friends! Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter. If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more! Getting Around:

Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations from this property, sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 5 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance! Need a ride?? Contact us to learn more about our rental car options, or local shuttle services! (Depending on when you contact us, we may have a Tesla Model 3 fully charged and ready to go for you!) With only a short drive or walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions Sheridan has to offer! If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch in the living room and read a book or watch your favorite show while enjoying Wyoming.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own house. Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Military discount offered upon request and with proof of Duty. No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. Cancellation policy strictly enforced. For parking at this property you may park on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks. If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, or you may park it on the street near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors. Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you! The street parking is shared with other homes. Trash and Recycling can be found in Alleyway behind home accessed through backyard gate.
