Cozy Cottage with Great Location

Enjoy the fully furnished private cottage in quiet neighborhood close to Kendrick park and home to our neighborhood buffalo and elk, just two small blocks from the front door. Follow walking, biking path, with beautiful mountain views, to the Trail End State Historic Site. You can also follow the path down the hill to the Kendrick Park's playground, ice cream shack or public pool(summer). Or maybe you wish to follow the path through the playground to Whitney Commons green space which borders on the YMCA. Keep on walking through the green space past the Library two more blocks and you are on Main Street. We are also a short drive from Municipal golf course, Powder Horn golf course. Let your pets stretch their legs in the small fenced back yard .
Master bedroom with closet, queen bed and bathroom with tub and shower. Couch /day bed folds out to queen size bed.
Also provided just to get you started...limited spices, laundry soap, cleaners, coffee tea and sweeteners. Long term stays are possible and guests who stay longer than one month will be required to sign a lease.

Perfect spot for long weekend with dog

Great Property great location!!

This property comes well equipped with many kitchen items, So if you are looking to cook, this would be a good place for it! If you come during the summer, it may be hot, which is good with this property because they do have air conditioning, which worked very well in the 100 degree heat

Wonderfully Cozy, Comfortable, and Convenient Cottage

My husband and I typically spend every September in the Bighorns and Sheridan has become a second home for us; the Cozy Cottage with Great Location truly became our second home this past September, as it was truly as comfortable and accommodating as our own home! We found the house to be more darling than the pictures and that the hosts, Rod and Ellen Howell, have thought of absolutely everything anyone could possibly need. It was evident that great thought has gone into every facet of this cottage and there was absolutely nothing that was lacking. It was perfect!! We had the opportunity to chat with Rod and Ellen on different occasions, not only the few times that we chanced upon seeing each other outside, but also when we needed to call them about a maintenance issue that was resolved so quickly that we hardly had time to stop at King’s Saddlery and grab lunch before we received a call that everything was fixed! They are both so genuinely nice and friendly! The location of the cottage invites one to walk not only downtown, but also just around the neighborhood, with its wonderful scenery. Whether we stayed local, were hiking numerous trails in the Bighorns, or visiting other towns in Wyoming, the Cozy Cottage was always a very welcome "home" to which to return, and a great retreat at which to sit on either the back or front porch and enjoy the evenings!!! We are so looking forward to staying there again!!!

Comfortable, quiet lodging

We spent two weeks in Sheridan and this was a comfortable, quiet house located in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, parks and walk paths. Plenty of front and back yard for privacy and the pool and gas grill were great. This is a great alternative to a hotel and with a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer it's very convenient for a longer stay.

The cottage met all of our needs. The property was very clean and well outfitted. If our vacation plans take us to Sheridan again, we will definitely try and book the cottage again. This cottage was perfect for our 1 week stay in Sheridan. It had everything we needed to carry one every day life such as a stocked kitchen with pans, dishes etc as well as washer and dryer. It also was in a great location and had cute outdoor spaces to enjoy. The thoughtful extras such as board games, dvd movies and books were also appreciated!

Great cottage in perfect location

Spent 2 nights early Sept. with our 2 small dogs. Perfect small back yard that is escape proof even for our 4 lb. dog!! Cosy home with everything you need! Very close to nice walking trail that foes forever. Very gracious hosts; would recommend cottage to anyone! Thanks for a great visit!
