Mr. Milan at the desk was very helpful both times that I stayed at the hotel in the last two weeks. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is really wonderful. Great room amenities and pool. I got a latte to go at the coffee kiosk and was happy for that too.

Location was excellent to I-90, shopping, support services. Lobby was beautiful, breakfast was very good - a lot better than most inclusive breakfasts. Room was clean & a good size. Bathroom was nice and and the shower was excellent

Breakfast was very good. Real eggs, crispy bacon, nice bread for toast. I found the dining area and public bathrooms to be dimly lit. The bathroom in my room was dim. I was attending a conference and spent quality time in the common rooms. Very nice and comfortable. Hotel was a bit outdated but very clean. very comfy bed.
