The Space:

Starting at the front door (Located on Wyoming Avenue) you will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic keypad, so there is easy access to your unit and no keys to keep up with while staying in Sheridan!



Step right into this charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath centrally located apartment! Inside you will find a cozy living room with a sleeping option futon, dining area (2 guests, or rolls out and expands for up to 4! This also doubles as a great desk!)

Guest Access:

At this convenient apartment suite you will be able to enjoy an electronic keypad entry provided, no need to stress about where to store the key! The entry code provided upon check in! ( This is changed remotely so you can rest assured you are in a safe home!)



Guests will have access to the entire apartment! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!



Upon entering this is a split unit, so there is half a flight of stairs going up to the bathroom, livingroom/kithen. Then another half a flight going downstairs to the washer and dryer + both bedrooms.



The Neighborhood:

When we say experience a great location, we mean it! You are a 2 minute drive from Historic Downtown Sheridan Wyoming, the icerink and more! Down town Sheridan Wy you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the local parks!



Museums and attractions fill the area!

Getting Around:

Sheridan is the prime size, you can walk to many locations once out and about, a drive is preferred if not going downtown. You will find most attractions are under 5 minutes away, some 20-40 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, and more are all within a short driving distance!



With only a short drive/walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions the area has to offer!



If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch in the living room and read a book or watch your favorite show while enjoying Wyoming.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own home.



Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.



For parking at this property you may park in the two available spots in the driveway in front of the unit (directly in front of the front door) or on the street in front of the apartment.



If you have a trailer there you may park it down the street, just please be mindful of the neighbors. There is a dirt lot just at the end of Wyoming Avenue if it is a large trailer and your stay is brief, many park trailers there temporarily.



Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you!



The street parking is shared with other homes.
