The house contains a total of three listings: upstairs, downstairs, or the whole house. If you book either the up or downstairs, you may share the backyard, patio, dining and lounge areas with other guests. Feel welcome to check with me about existing reservations -- I would be happy to let you know if the whole house is available if you would prefer to have the entire property to yourselves.
