The Loft is a luxurious, newly refurbished, pet friendly holiday maisonette apartment, positioned in the heart of Sheringham, just moments from the bustling High Street and Blue Flag beach. The apartment boasts a stunning and stylish, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with sumptuous corner sofa and a large principal bedroom with king size bed, perfect for a wonderful stay in Sheringham.Ground floor: Private front door opening into small lobby with hooks for your coat and 13 steps leading up to the first floor, solid oak door opening into the amazing, stylish open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with engineered oak flooring throughout, a large luxurious corner sofa, Smart TV, "Dru"gas fired wood effect fire, desk with chair and views over the roof tops towards the sea. Kitchen area: beautiful Schmidt-built kitchen has an array of units with granite worktops, Neff 5-ring gas hob with integrated Neff electric double wall oven with hide and slide doors, integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and recessed Klarstein wine fridge with a luxurious curved centre island with 4 bar stools and double, sliding patio doors leading out to the decked area with seating and gas BBQ. Dining area: large dining table with bench seating and 4 chairs and bookcase divider.
6 steps leading up to a midway landing with a further 6 steps to the second floor: landing with solid oak doors doors leading to: Double bedroom: with double bed (can be made into 2 single beds, please advise if required upon booking), chest of draws and bedside tables. Principal bedroom: with Kingsize bed, bedside tables, built in storage and views across the roof tops out to sea. Family bathroom: Large rectangular walk-in shower cubicle with rainfall shower head and flexi-head. Wash hand basin with a chrome waterfall mixer tap. Chrome towel rail heater, dual voltage shaver point and recessed shelving areas.. Please note the upper floor has low ceiling height in places.
Please note: Location: beach 3-minute walk, local shops 282ft. WiFi. 1 x small dog welcome at £20.00 per dog, per week. Travel Cot (please bring own bedding). High Chair. Stairgates. Outside: decked patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Linen and towels provided. No parking at the property but Cliff Road 24/7 carpark is only a 7–10-minute walk. This apartment is close to the hustle and bustle of Sheringham and across the road from the local public house.

Excellent apartment with top quality equipment it's furniture and beds were very comfortable and opposite the pub! Always enjoy the independent shops in sheringham and the friendly staff.

Pleasing apartment and well equipped. Need to sort bathroom sink, otherwise hard to find even small faults. Maybe low level wardrobes outside bedrooms, fairly steep stairs, parking a few minutes away - not ideal I suppose but I scored overall well-deserved 5. The apartment is a step from the high street and a stone's throw from the sea. Everything seems elegant and airy and you won't be disappointed here.

Beautiful apartment very well equipped and comfortable, could do with some oven gloves though. Owners were fantastic but unfortunately let down by the organisational system as the apartment had not been cleaned nor bedding and towels replaced. There was no answer or response from the emergency line so the owners sorted this out for us and arranged for the cleaners to come at short notice on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. We were then left with not enough towels so ended up sharing, as due to the Bank Holiday, we didnt want to disturb the owners again. Location was fantastic and would not let experience put me off booking again. Having holidayed with Keys before l'm sure this is just teething problems as we were only third people to stay in this property.
