"Was a great place to take our adult /teen children and new grandchild. Pros- enough space to fit everyone comfortably. Host was nice and I knew she was available if needed. Information book of their favorite places was nice, games for the kids and more. Cons- right next to a park where people frequently were drinking on the public cliff. This didn't bother us a lot because no one was unruly or belligerent. The shower was very cramped nicely done but the fixtures made it so there wasn't enough...

"The house was spotless and very well stocked and the location was minutes away from everything. Views of the lake were magnificent—even during a brief thunderstorm one evening! The host responded within minutes to any questions we had. Perfect vacation rental."

"The house was perfect for our family. We had 3 adults fro Florida, 2 adults from Iowa, and 3 adults Ana a 7 year old grandson. The 4 bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us. The whole house was great and a dining table to sit 8+ for a meal. Kitchen was very equipped and met all our needs. The patio was also very nice. The only negative was the fishing was not good for the days we were here. This was our third trip here and hope to return next year."

"I don’t have enough good things to say about our stay! This home is lovely with all of the little amenities that you could think of or want. The master bedroom was my favorite room. It’s complete with a fully adjustable bed and the most comfortable pillows and blankets. The mini library and sitting area were perfect for reading or just relaxing. "Neat little place, close to everything. There is a small issue of tiny ants in kitchen...Parked in driveway, but could have used the garage if we wanted. Neighborhood nice, all well kept homes. Very old house that makes it charming."

"We traveled to Erie for the funeral of a family member. The location was good and the accomodations met our needs overall. The lack of an ironing board was inconvenient. Had there been one we would not have had to bring all of our clothing to the home of another family member to iron. Also, it would have been helpful to have had a sink stopper in the kitchen sink."

"I booked this home for my children spring break trip and let me just say I was IMPRESSED! The home was so neat and clean , near all types of stores and malls. We went to splash lagoon which was only about 15 minutes from the home. Very kid friendly , overall 10/10!"

"Located within bucolic Mayfield NY, within Chautauqua County, this serene and relaxing home has all the amenities you can think of including a comfy bed and some board games just in case you get bored. Plenty to see and do with a panoply of restaurants and the Chautauqua Institution very close by. You will fall in love with the quiet and beauty and be thankful for the comfort and spaciousness of the home. I highly recommend and would stay again."
