"I chose this property because of its proximity to Longleat and for the wonderful reviews. I add my own 5 stars as it is exactly what has been described. Several points to consider before staying is if you want to sleep in, bring an eye mask (I always carry one). There are a lot of windows but no darkening shades. Use google maps as my first attempt was made using the map on my iPhone and I ended up in a work zone. When I used google maps (which the owner intended) I had no problem. Also note try...

A short stroll takes you into the lovely village of Lacock. The cottage was ample for the 5 of us with everything you need and very well stocked. we would most certainly book again. Thank you."
