House was quiet, clean and as described. Property owner and manager were very nice and responsive. Excellent fenced in large yard space for kids/dogs. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.

Country home; peaceful and quiet with lots of property
Country home with lots of property for kids and pets to run and play. Pool table was lots of fun for our family. Home was clean and well kept. Property owner and manager gave great service. We were well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

House is exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. The yard is unbelievable. Well fenced and more than enough room for your dogs, or children, to get enough exercise. Host is very welcoming and readily available. You are near anything Little Rock, Hot Springs, or Pinnacle Mountain. we will return

A beautiful and comfortable stay
The property is in a pleasant residential but rural area, and was easy to find. We found the house as shown in the photos, and clean and comfortable for our family time together. It was a nice location out of the city busy-ness but close to needed resources. We had a very pleasant stay at this rental, with appliances and all in good working order. There were supplies of most anything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. The only note I would make for those renting, is you may want to bring your own oven ware if needed. There were no roasters or baking pans. I would certainly recommend this rental to others.

Loved our stay here!!! The front yard is ridiculous!!! Almost at the end of a dead end so very little traffic!! It was so peaceful! Big rooms and great TVs with my wife’s favorite Netflix We would love to return if it’s available in our next time in town!!! David Slatton
