"We had a wonderful stay at the Portman Ritz-Carlton. The location was convenient and all the staff were attentive to detail and very welcoming. The buffet selection was wonderful and we were able to try something new every day of our week-long stay. We were travelling to celebrate a large birthday and the team very kindly arranged some room decorations and a lovely cake, thank you! We can't speak highly enough of our experience and will definitely be back."

"The location is good. Walkable for most of the things you need in shanghai as shopping , bars , restaurants etc' .. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the breakfast can e better, and i was on the 19th floor and i felt like the rag is smelling and it cause the hallway to be not a fun walk towards the rooms, even the room itself need to change the rags. It was semlly but not so bad. In general this is the only 2 things, I stayed for 10 days in this hotel. "
