"We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. "Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. "Kiryat Chaim is not anybody's idea of a tourist attraction, but since we wanted to stay in this suburb, the apartment was ideal. The view is magnificent and you can hear the surf from the sea.
