"I check in at 2:10am and they still check me in, which was very considerate even thought their policy cuts it off at 2:00 am."

"Beds were fantastic, room was clean. Very quiet. The pool area looked really good. I wish we had had time to enjoy it."

"The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. My air conditioner/heating unit did not seem to be working, so I was too warm both nights of my stay. The lobby seemed to be fairly nice, clean, well kept. Other public spaces - hallways, elevators - were in poor shape. Carpets worn and things were dirty. Visibly dirty. I did not use the pool or the arcade, but I thought the vintage arcade games were a nice touch. The bar and restaurant, Tanglewood, was a mistake I won’t make again. Food was below average quality, but the bill was too big for its britches."

"Sprinklers and smoke alarm went off at 1 a.m. causing two floors to be evacuated, After a 45 minute wait we were allowed back in our room. Needless to say, ruined our stay."

"Great room...clean and comfortable. Went down for breakfast. They had a good variety but the eggs were all gone. The parking lot had quite a few potholes. It needs to be resurfaced."

"Look for what you pay here vs the other hotels, it is usually a great deal. Sometimes prices spike on the weekends. It's not new, not in exceptional condition, doesn't sparkle when you walk in however, it is usually a bargain and it is generally clean. It is an old property but I have stayed there many times and it is fine if your not looking to be wowed !"
