The front office staff were Excellent! The room was a little small but sufficient for a solo. The location was excellent as it was right in town, near many restaurants & bus station.

Incredible experience, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was impeccable, even the public bathhouse was very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The in-room onsen bath although was semi outdoors, still could be heated , the facility was perfect.
