Hotel in Shimla

The room was extremely cold, TV did not work, wifi very bad, no hot water in the bathroom. I had to go to bed to get warm. The person at recreation in the afternoon was rude.

This hotel is located in a local/residential area. Reaching hotel by car is very difficult. Parking is too narrow. There is only one way to reach hotel. Road towards hotel is very steep. Even if you want to go to mall road, you have to climb from steep roads. There are better properties available at same/lower price in Shimla. This was my 4th trip to Shimla and this time I had to regret, past trips were pleasant.

Rooms just okay, but avoid it

Rooms are just okay, staff is not friendly.I won't be visiting next time here ever.I booked breakfast n room and they told me i don't have breakfast in my booking even after showing proof they tried to teach me.

Great location close to the Mall

It was quite cold in Shimla when we were there but the hotel rooms had space heaters and electric blankets in the bed, so we weren't cold. The bathroom area was cold though. The pakoras in the restaurant were excellent although the dining area was cold.
