"This place was really nice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but it gives it a cool vibe. Huge parking garage right next to hotel. The girl who helped me when my room key didn't work was really nice, and she helped me get a new room very quickly."

"Nice onsen ryokan, traditional facility, great experience. Very good service and wonderful staff. A room with private onsen bath is a must!"

"The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great! Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof was nice, too."
