"This hotel is located in the main Kyoto transit station which makes it super convenient! Not only is the location ideal, the hotel itself is very upscale and offers a lot of great amenities. We didn't get a chance to use it, but they even have a pool onsite. Note that children can't use the pool though, which was the main reason we didn't use it. The staff is readily available to answer questions and were very kind throughout our interactions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location right inside Kyoto Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary beverages offered daily from 3:00 pm were a lovely bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto."
