"Nice hotel with swimming pool. Family room sofa bed was small- had to put the children in bed with me and husband on the pull out. Few details like the shampoo bottle broken- lifts with broken mirrors ect. Breakfast was amazing."

"Convenient for the airport, we had a good deal which included a week’s parking via Holiday Extras. Free breakfast was great. However, by the time we took an uber to and from the airport we had to add on £70 for a very short journey. Next time I will factor this in and probably stay at a hotel at the airport"

"I stayed here a couple weeks ago and had 7 specific complaints that I felt should have been addressed. According to their website, they addressed every one of them within days! When I returned a few days ago, I found that they actually had cleared every one of my issues! Bravo, B&B, Bravo! I’d say this was now a 4 star hotel with a 2 1/2 star price! The a/c is still a little finicky, but there is a trick! Set the desired temp on the room control panel, then adjust the fan speed to MINIMUM and NOT “auto”. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but that’s the way older commercial systems work. There is both hot and cold air supplied in separate ducts, and if you demand a lot of air in “auto” mode, it gives you all the volume of air it can, both hot and cold! So put it in “Manual” mode, on low fan speed, and it will cool better!"

"The food in the Main Hotel was amazing. We stayed in the castle and the room was big and spacious. Check in time is very late. The Castle unless in restaurant times there was nowhere like a simple shop to be able to get a simple drink without having to go over to the main Resort."
