"管理人さんが皆さんとても親切で、それが何より満足に繋がりました。 やや古い設備もありますが、子供達には良い体験となりましたし、古さはあるものの、一生懸命管理されているのが伝わってくる温かい宿泊先でした。清潔感はしっかりありました。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"場所の説明は、事前にメールがありましたので、スムーズに到着出来ました。 ドアを開け、まず最初にカビ臭いのが感じられました。窓を全室開け空気の入れ替えをし、和室の押入れが特にカビ臭がありました。あちこちに消臭剤が置いてありましたが・・効果は無く、洗面所と浴室・流し台の排水溝の下水からの悪臭が酷くて、お風呂は利用する気にもならず、2日共日帰り温泉に行きました。洗濯機もありますが、蛇口から洗濯槽まで届かず洗濯槽の中も茶色の汚れがこびり付いていてコインランドリーに行きました。帰宅してからも持ち込んだ物は全てカビ臭が移っていました。室温20℃と快適でしたが、ニオイに関しては残念でした。改善される事を希望します。"

"I was unable to get the check-in information and couldn’t reach out the host/property manager until the day before my stay. At the end I spent an extra US$70 to make an IDD call to reach out Vrbo, the agency, to get help and realise someone would be there in the property wait for my arrival. Otherwise the stay is overall very good with many cute teddy bears. :)"

"Pricier than most of our accommodations. There are no cutlery eg forks spoons. But strangely, rice cooker and pots are available."
