"Hotel room was of a good size and came with a spacious standing shower. Loved that they have a public bath on the premises. Coffee and wine was available in the lobby which was a nice touch. Staff were ready to help us check which restaurants nearby were open and make recommendations as some places were closed during the golden week. Parking was a short walk away but not an issue for us. "

"Chalet Burlap Furanui is an excellent option if visiting Furano for a ski trip (after three visits to Furano previously, this has been the favourite accommodation wrt value for money). Our room was very spacious with an ensuite, the onsite onsen is a massive bonus, and the breakfast is great! Short walk to the ski hill, and the service from everyone working there was excellent. Highly recommend."

"Perfect hotel for our needs. Next door to a ski hire shop and immediately opposite the Kitanomine gondola. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They run a free shuttle service on demand to local restaurants, but there are also several good eateries in walking distance. The hot chocolate was delicious (dark chocolate melted in hot milk). Very friendly and efficient staff. A great stay altogether. "

"Nisade is the first of the high-end Niseko developers to put a quality project on the ground. It is beautiful, with industrial design softened by a lot of contrasting woodwork. The design is classically modern understated. The staff was ultra friendly, from manager Yuko to the front desk, to all of the drivers, who recognized the guests by name after a few days. Walking the short 100 yards from the Kitanomine gondola felt like going home each day. I would highly recommend Fenix West. I chose it over the larger Fenix and feel like it was the perfect choice. I will definitely stay at Fenix West again and hope to see the same friendly and helpful staff again. My friends who stayed at a large hotel were envious of the concierge level service provided by Fenix West. "
