The hotel is clean and quiet. It’s a short walk from Aizuwakamatsu Station. However, the hotel does show its age. The breakfast buffet was good but not memorable.

Nature Cottage Akabeko
施設の古さや清潔さにしては、料金が高いと感じた。ゴミ箱の外側が汚れていたり、いくつもの部屋の角に蜘蛛の巣やホコリがあり、壁もシミが多くて汚く感じた。 この値段では、次回も利用したいとは思わない。

施設自体は素晴らしかったです。 しかし予約後に電話問い合わせしたさいの 窓口対応が大変不快かつ迷惑 なものでした。 （時間予告なく３０分保留で待たせる・・・） もう少し社会常識的な電話対応を指導してください。 施設自体と管理事務所の職員様の 応対は素晴らしかったです。
