"The girl at the reception desk could hardly speak English.once we got our key card we had to go back to the desk she had forgot to activate it.Sitting At the bar for a drink before dinner 3 on staff and we had to wave at them 10 minutes to get their attention (there was only 3 clients sitting at the bar)before one came over .
