Lovely room, clean, nice bed, towels changed regular. Staff were polite and helpful. Very near to York centre and shops. Excellent breakfast made for a very enjoyable stay.

Damp smell throughout, furniture and furnishing were very cheap and aged. Disappointed with the quality versus what was advertised. Very small shower/barhroom, squeezed in. Not a premium or executive stay, very basic flat. For the cost, a hotel room would be a better option.
