"We liked everything about our room and the hotel. To start with, we asked if we could check in early (2hrs) which they were easily able and willing to accommodate. The room was lovely, everything modern and up to date. The nespresso coffee maker was wonderful. The tv had all sorts of channels, the bed was comfy. We went to hot springs so didn't use bathroom stuff too much. Hubbie said shower was great. Every member of staff was eager to please friendly and helpful. For amenities I would say parking in back, walking access to downtown areas, and a very nice upscale restaurant on premises. We asked about laundry services but could not use ourselves. We loved this place and we'd definitely stay again if there's an oppportunity!!!"
