Don’t get trapped , I booked for stay for 5 persons then I get only 3 beds and one the members she is on special needs !!! Plus no elevator for this facility And its location is remote and creepy at night for the kids .

Don’t go, run away from that place. Super dirty, super dusty, super cockroaches and enough sound from the neighbours to keep you awake all night. I would rather sleep outside on the streets than go back to that place. You can’t even call it a hotel. Don’t think I even got a second of sleep all night. Can’t wait to have nightmares for the rest of my life. You were warned.

キッチン水回りの清掃が不十分で、シンクに食材が残り、臭いが不愉快だった。 和室のすべての畳がシミがあり、不衛生。 エアコンの設置が和室のみで、掃除していない。 せめて、チェックイン時にはエアコン稼働しておいてほしい。館内も2,3階と上がると暑い空気で、部屋に入るとエアコン効いていない。 窓を開けた方が涼しかった。 荷物を部屋にあげると、汗だくになります。 ◎料金は白浜で1番安く、温泉はホンモノでよい ◎館内のメンテナンス、部屋の清潔さはもう少し考えた方が良いと思う。

Um. When you walk into a budget hotel, irregardless that it is unmanned, it is unsettling first thing to see cans of cockroach repellent on the Front Desk counter. Get to your room to find that your genkan entryway light doesn't work. Shower nozzles are near impossible to turn because they are glued with mineral deposits, which is a shame because it is a true natural onsen. I couldn't get the temperature gauge on all 3 showers to change water temperature--given that the water was spraying so cold I couldn't actually get fully clean. The hallway floors make you feel like you are staying in a tenement with dried tape lines all over the floors. I didn't expect much as it is a budget and unmanned hotel. But then before checkout they have the nerve to send a message asking guests to leave a 5-star review..! To the management: Take just a little time to make basic things work. To people seeing this review: Pay a bit more to stay elsewhere.

スタンダード トリプルルーム 禁煙の部屋に1泊。急な白浜での宿泊が必要になり、こちらしか空きがなかったため予約。 口コミを読んで予約したので、概ね予想通りの宿泊でしたが、それでも実際には予想の上をいく点がいくつかあり、それも面白く観察して過ごしました。 必要な情報は参考にしていただいて、後は実際に泊まって体験してみてください(笑) (これはあくまでも個人の感想です) 部屋の鍵をフロント横のBOXから受け取り、部屋へ。共有部分は、口コミ通り。 お部屋は、温泉旅館の面影を残し、ツードアタイプの空の冷蔵庫と貴重品用の金庫が完備。 7.5畳で2人では広々、畳のお部屋で落ち着いて過ごせました。 入ってすぐの電気は口コミ通り点かない。 トイレ、洗面所あり。 歯磨き粉付きの歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、バスタオル、フェイスタオルあり。 冷房は効きがいまいち、最低設定温度にして過ごしてちょうどよかった。 テレビはあるが、地デジのみ。BSは映りません。 障子に破れ数箇所あり。 掛布団が厚手のもの1種類しかないので、夏場利用で暑がりの方はタオルケット持参がよいかもしれません。 フロント左手のロビー内に電子レンジ1台設置あり。 浴場は、脱衣所に年季の入った扇風機が1台。エアコンはないのでお風呂あがりは暑かった。 ドライヤー1つあり。 男性脱衣場にはドアがなくのれんのみ。 女性脱衣場には引き戸があるが、かなり動かしにくいため要注意。スタッフを呼びたくなるも居ないため自分の足と力技でなんとかする。 確かに浴室内の混合水栓は真っ黒。白浜温泉特有の強い硫黄成分と水栓金具が化学反応を起こして硫化したものだと思われる。 洗い場にシャンプーリンスボディソープあり。でも髪がキシキシになるから自前のものを持参したら安心かもしれません。 タオルは部屋のものを持ち込む必要あり。 温泉は白浜温泉の源泉かけ流しなのでよい泉質。 温泉がぬるいと言うレビューもあったけど、自分の時は体感42〜3度くらいの少し熱めで温泉としてはちょうどよく感じた。 (子どもさんには熱めかも) この日は騒がしいお客さんもおられず、静かにのんびりゆっくりとすごせました。 朝になるとチェックアウト前の時間帯頃から清掃スタッフのおば様達の気配がチラホラ。廊下からお話し声が聞こえます。 リネン室が開いていてチラっと見えましたが、整頓されているようにお見受けしました。 他のレビューの通り、掃除が行き届いていないと感じるところは多々ありましたので、かなーりズボラな親戚の家に泊まりに来たくらいの気持ちでいると、よいのかもしれません。料金は払っているんですけどね(笑)

とにかく脱衣所が汚かった… 無人なのでフロントに人はいなく機械でチェックイン。 帰りは部屋のテーブルに鍵おいとくシステムでした。 お部屋は普通。 カップ麺の自販機あればいーなと思います。 あと自転車の貸し出しとかしてほしいです。

管理が行き届いていない

お風呂場、脱衣所、階段が汚かったです。 脱衣所のカゴや階段はホコリだらけ。 WiｰFiはロビーでは繋がるが、部屋に上がると切れるといった感じでした。 蚊の虫除け？が2個設置されていましたが、薬剤は2個とも空っぽでした。 寝ている時にブンブン飛ばれて寝つけませんでした。 上記を改善してもらえたら、コスパ最高の文句なしの宿でした。

和歌山じたいが硫黄？みたいな独特な匂いがします。地面？温泉？ 無人なので、チェックインも戸惑いました。 古いホテルなのですが、汚れが凄すぎて絶句。ファミリー向けではありません。お掃除をすればもうちょっと清潔になります。温泉ぬるぬる。脱衣かごカビだらけ、ホコリもすごい。 お部屋は広く、ポットと冷蔵庫がありました。 チェックアウト方法が分からず電話すると、EnglishOK？と聞かれ、カタコトの英語で会話し、苦労しました。。。 このホテルは、単身者なら安いし、いいのかもしれません。。

家族で泊まり和室と洋室があってとってもよかったし綺麗でした。台所もあるんですが調理道具や食器などは全然なかったのでないことを書いてあると用意して行けたのにと思いました。お風呂も温泉で気持ちよく肌がすべすべになりました。
