"I only had an issue with my first room. They changed me the next day and so much better. Everything the hotel offers is amazing. The tourist are the worst. But the staff were amazing, especially the front desk! They helped me and I am grateful for them. Thank you!"

"The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, but it had a wide stairway to upper floors.
