"The location is excellent, the hot springs are very comfortable, the hotel service is good, the breakfast and the dinner buffet are both very good, the room is comfortable and quiet. There are staff who can help with parking. It is an excellent choice for a vacation."

"Excellent service from arrival to departure. Attentive staff who showed us into a lounge for check-in. Nightly firework displays directly in front of the hotel is a big plus and we are able to enjoy the firework display from our private onsen in the room. Only downside is there isn’t much to do near the hotel, other than boating on the lake. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay at this property again if I am in the vicinity. "
