Yes it has a BBQ , however even a simple little gas camp double burner would be a simple, quick fixOtherwise a great option for your next seaside visit. "We loved the location, which was close to the store and the beach. Unit was spacious but bedrooms had limited movement space. Beds were comfortable. Bedsheet was torn. Floors and under beds were very dusty affecting sinuses. No multi-purpose spray for benchtops and wiping. Loved the outside area with the heater."

"We had a lovely stay in Lancelin. The location is excellent, facing the sea with beautiful sunset views, and just a short walk from the sand dunes.The kitchen was adequately equipped, though some of the older cooking pans could be replaced. It would also be helpful to provide basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, and cooking oil.The upstairs air conditioner was not working during our stay, but the two heaters provided kept the house comfortable. A hair dryer and washer/dryer would also be useful additions.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property."
