"I loved this hotel! It was like staying in spa up high in the sky. Don’t miss the opportunity to use the public bath on the 26th floor. It has spectacular views! It is separated into men’s and women’s and is a “sento” so you don’t use a bathing suit and wash completely before soaking in the hot tub. The TV set in your room has a menu where you can check to see how busy it is before you take the elevator up. If you love the ofuro experience this is it! The shower in the guest room is also wonderful! Rooms run small so book a big one. The breakfast buffet is terrific too."

While the staff was polite, the overall condition of the hotel did not quite match the photos online—the property felt older and somewhat outdated. That said, the room was still functional and provided what we needed for the night. With some updates and clearer directions for arrival, this place could offer a much better experience."

"Kishibe is a little bit away from Osaka and Shin Osaka station. It’s a nice hotel and worth staying. It’s right next to a hospital and has a supermarket and cafes in the same building along with a 7-11."

"Once again the staff of this hotel were excellent.they helped me greatly and we're very friendly. I cannot fault the hotel it's lovely and very busy. My wife and I enjoyed having tea and cake in the sakura lounge very much. My room was as good as ever. I am very disappointed it is closing. I think this is a big mistake for the area and for the regular customers and staff"
