That said, the room was still functional and provided what we needed for the night. With some updates and clearer directions for arrival, this place could offer a much better experience."

"Kishibe is a little bit away from Osaka and Shin Osaka station. It’s a nice hotel and worth staying. It’s right next to a hospital and has a supermarket and cafes in the same building along with a 7-11."

"Once again the staff of this hotel were excellent.they helped me greatly and we're very friendly. I cannot fault the hotel it's lovely and very busy. My wife and I enjoyed having tea and cake in the sakura lounge very much. My room was as good as ever. I am very disappointed it is closing. I think this is a big mistake for the area and for the regular customers and staff"
