宿泊施設のスタッフさんの対応は非常に満足できるものでしたが、ホテルズドットコムと宿泊施設の連携が悪く（今回で２回目）、事前予約（支払い済み）をしていたのに宿泊施設に予約が入っておらず非常に不愉快でした。
