Very clean and comfortable in prime location.

A small and simple hotel with modern, spotless rooms, well-equipped and excellent AC. Location is perfect for exploration of Shkoder on foot.

Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well. The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large! Location was convenient for walking everywhere Would highly recommend this small boutique hotel

The caveats: there is safe parking nearby, but it’s not €5. It’s €12 for 24 hours, which is reasonable. Everything except the castle is within an easy walk. Air conditioned room with a fridge. Breakfast was very, very good. Staff is not at the desk often, but just call or WhatsApp and they respond immediately.

Nice place, nice breakfast but smells of cigarette

Decent part of town, not much parking in the area, can pay 2 euros for all day parking down the road. It looks fairly renovated hotel. Price was decent. The downside is that there isn’t someone always there, I messaged on WhatsApp for hot water and didn’t get response for a few hours. And the room we stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke. To the point it was difficult to sleep. It came from the furniture so might have been there from before hand. The people working there are really friendly and breakfast was nice and filling.

Very clean hotel room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. The only downside it’s that there is not personnel at the front desk. You need to communicate your needs through WhatsApp. At checkout nobody was there to help me to carry my heavy luggage downstairs because there is not an elevator. In the confusion to ask the taxi driver to help me to handle the luggage, I forgot my backpack in the room. After two hours driving i remembered that I forgot my backpack with my passport and money in it at the hotel. If my passport and money were with me, i would not go back to the hotel. I had to pay the taxi driver for a double trip to take me back to the hotel.😟

Muito bom

Gostamos da acomodação, ampla, arejada, cama confortável e espaçosa. Localização muito boa, perto de tudo, restaurantes, cafés, lojas, não precisando de carro para se locomover. Pessoal atencioso e gentil. Tivemos dificuldade em encontrar o hotel, pois a entrada não é bem sinalizada.

Undgå familieværelset!

Undgå at booke familieværelse! ✖️ Dette værelse er super skøn indeni med fin opdeling til børn og forældre, men vinduerne er så tynde, at det føltes vi sov ude på gaden! Der var så meget larm, at vi var vågen længe og vågnede flere gange om natten. Vinduet på badeværelset var i stykker og kunne slet ikke lukkes, så der både kom varme og larm ind fra en bar på taget. Vi valgte at finde et andet overnatningssted ASAP - så én nat gik tabt.

Zimmer war sauber und neu und Hotel zentral gelegen aber das war leider auch schon alles positive. Zimmer war mit Blick an eine Hauswand und es gibt kein Lift. An der Reception war niemand und wir mussten anrufen damit jemand kam. Kein herzliches Willlkommen keine Info zu Frühstück etc. Bis ca. 2 Uhr morgens war laute Clubmusik mit Bass zu höhren, an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Frühstück gab es gegenüber im Oro Restaurant. Gibt eine Auswahl von 4 Menüs inkl. Kaffee. Portionen eher klein. Würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Bel hôtel central et moderne

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de Shkoder et en même temps, la nuit, nous n'avons pas eu de bruits de fêtes et avons très bien dormi. La chambre correspondait tout à fait aux photos, avec les photographies du Marubi. Lits confortables, salle de bain moderne, choix entre quatre petit déjeuners différents, tout était parfait. Personnel très attentionné. Merci beaucoup !

Poca organización. Solo limpiaron la habitación después de la primera noche porque pensaba que nos íbamos. Había que elegir y comunicar por WhatsApp que queríamos para desayunar la noche anterior, cosa que no tenía sentido ya que se servía en el bar de enfrente donde podría entrar cualquiera supuestamente a desayunar. Igualmente la calidad regular.
