"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "

" Pathetic communication. After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication. I still have not received any formal correspondance telling me that the booking had...
