"The property able to provide shuttle service from Okayama station and from the nearest JR station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."

"平日で泊まり客も少なかったので寂しい感じだった。スタッフは受付後 ほぼ見かけなかった。
アメニティやお茶パックなどロビーに設置してあるが、滞在中補充がされてなかったので、すでに品切れとなったままだった。
温泉は源泉かけ流しで湯の温度は低めだが、ゆったり浸かれて良かった。
ちょうど近くにある奥津渓谷の紅葉真っ盛りで素晴らしく、混み合わない早朝に見に行けた。
散策も楽しんだ。
お安く泊まれたので接遇、食事の評価は普通としました。"

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed.
The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat.
Friendly not flashy."
