"There were several good seafood restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Room was clean, although the furniture could use a refresh."

"We found the kitchen lacking in some basic items (e.g., small plates [bought some at a thrift store], teaspoons, large bowls for food prep [ditto at thrift store], etc.). The host was very responsive. In the living room, there is only seating for three on the sofa (no chairs); and, at the raised table, only dining seating for two. So although the listing says room for six, don’t know where they would be comfortable except for sleeping perhaps. "

"Overall, house and property were nice. Amenities were good.Living room and particularly the sofa, were inadequate. Sofa should have been replaced as it was sagging and uncomfortable. Lilmar group made a good effort to help but it really should have been replaced. It was unfortunate that we couldn't really relax and watch tv at the end of the days in a comfortable way, especially for our three week stay. Master bathroom had some issues - shower leaks, water and drains smell like sulfur, shower floor tiles are chipped. Overall it's a nice place that needs some TLC. I don't think any of this is a surprise. Area and location are excellent. Pool was nice although the weather only allowed for us to use it twice. Pool furniture needs some repair."
