"Room was very clan and spacious. Most things were perfect. Areas lacking were, face soap in the bathroom. The glass tray in the microwave did not fit properly and therefore it did not turn and therefore the heating was irregular. Silverware was minimal with several pieces missing. No dish cloth for washing or drying dishes and no dish soap available and it is silly to dirty three dishes and have to start the dishwasher."

"We were contacted by Michael the evening before our arrival that the home had maintenance issues in the guest house and offered us another home. He assured us we would be satisfied. YES, we were. The house exceeded my expectations and needs. Direct beach access. The back yard was amazing. The hosts are 10/10. The property was wellMaintained and my 50th Birthday week was one I will never forget. Thank you for such a lovely property. We will rent again from them and refer anyone heading to Destin "

"This house was a perfect stay for a girls trip. The layout was perfect allowing for lots of common area space as well as private spaces. Plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus with a big group. Pool and lounge areas were amazing and so relaxing. Walk to the beach was very short and it was so helpful for the house to provide beach equipment. Definitely recommend this property! 10/10 "

"We loved this house and the amenities it had to offer! Perfect for our entire family! Pool and hot tub was amazing, the pool table and ping pong table was a nice touch. The house was stocked perfectly in the kitchen. Se love the location, easy to get to the beach, quite area too. Our family will book here again! 10 out of 10! Had to call maintenance 2 times, not a big deal at all, they were very quick to respond. "

The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus after a long day at the beach. The house is very convenient to a beach access. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were great.
