"I needed a place to stay while my son is in the hospital for an extended amount of time. This location was excellent. Had an issue with other people not cleaning their dishes in the common area, but the owner took care of the cleaning the next day. Very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, AnyTime Fitness, Seattle U field stadium, tennis courts, and Swedish hospital. Highly recommend staying here. "
