The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. Housekeeping was gracious enough to let us in."

"Weekend trip to Mall of America (MOA). Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from MOA and the airport (in each case you have to call front desk for pick-up and the wait was typically 10-15 mins). Hotel is about 10 mins from airport and about 5 mins from MOA. Had a great experience and the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room was somewhat outdated but they are currently in the process of renovating, which included the dining area, so there was no hot breakfast. However, hotel did provide guests with a bag breakfast of an apple, granola bars and a water. The pool was fantastic and my 9 yr old granddaughter loved it!! The pool alone was worth staying there!"
