Short Pump Vacations

"The room was very clean and comfortable, except that there was no body wash in the shower and there were only two bath towels in the room. The staff was fast to respond when I reported the issue and responded with extra towels and body wash. The breakfast was hot and fresh, but wish they had other options for milk other than just 2% as some people cannot have regular milk. The air conditioning was not great, it was either too hot or too cold in the room, and the rest of the building was hot...

"We arrived Saturday evening. The lobby was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were very polite and check in was quick. The room was very clean and spacious, bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It’s a few steps away from Short Pump Town Center which was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was nice. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the streaming setup on the TV (Googlecast/Chromecast). It did not connect after several attempts, so we just ended up watching movies on our IPads."
