"We were traveling to Yellowstone and knew that we would be getting in late, so we PREPAID for a room at this hotel. When we arrived around midnight, we had to wake a person up to help us. She informed us that we did not have a reservation, even though I had the email on my smartphone that clearly showed our confirmation. She had clearly just sold our room to someone else. And that's how we wound up driving through Idaho in the middle of the night with two kids and no place to stay. Worst hotel...
