"We were traveling to Yellowstone and knew that we would be getting in late, so we PREPAID for a room at this hotel. When we arrived around midnight, we had to wake a person up to help us. She informed us that we did not have a reservation, even though I had the email on my smartphone that clearly showed our confirmation. She had clearly just sold our room to someone else. And that's how we wound up driving through Idaho in the middle of the night with two kids and no place to stay. Worst hotel...

"Everything was like new. Fully stocked with all the pots and pans you need. Shampoo and conditioner and gel provided so no need to pack. Even had coffee and creamer in the kitchen. Nice outdoor patio area very quiet neighborhood. The price was half of what a hotel cost and it came with all the luxury of your own home. By far the best deal for a place close to all the sites in the twin falls area"
