"The staff was amazing!!!! 5 stars for sure. The property could use updating. Although our rooms seemed clean, the room was very stenchy smelling. If carpet was pulled out…it would create a better smelling and clean environment. The breakfast included was awesome as you go the Show Low Cafe and have 5 actual meal options. Staff there also amazing! Would consider a return visit based on staff as they were truly welcoming!!"

"The breakfast buffet was perfect! Plenty of options & the menu changed up the few times I've stayed here. This hotel is surrounded by beautiful forest with a creek that meanders along the property. Horses visit the nearby meadow. The rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable. "

"Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards."

"Never been there in Show Low,AZ and had the opportunity to stay at Motel 6 for the night but was having a little trouble getting a ride to the airport, fortunately the owner/manager stepped up and volunteered in assisting me with this dilemma even though it was very early. WoW, that’s ‘Stellar’ Customer Service. Thank You:)"

"This property is mediocre. The breakfast is tolerable, no more. Interesting enough, there is a restroom in the food area. That is very strange. No kitchen or prep area that I saw. Don't expect any service even trash pickup unless you are staying a minimum of three nights. Save your towels, you will need them. I expect you can do better for the money in Show Low."

"Stayed in main bldg. Would stay again. Clean, well kept, good variety of breakfast items. ( Did hear dogs barking and yogurt was outdated )"
