Luxurious Mountain Retreat!

Experience our Luxury getaway in the pines! Take in the view overlooking the Meadow while cozying up next to your bedroom fireplace. This Luxury villa provides the perfect escape. Rest and relax with a King bed, living room (sofa bed), large bathroom w/walk-in shower, kitchenette, and a dedicated work space. Popular restaurants just around the corner, and tons to do within walking distance!

Villa 3B (Top Floor)

We have a total of 12 cabin/villas available at Meadow View!
(6 buildings: Top and Bottom floors are separate rentals)

Spacious top floor suite w/vaulted ceilings, plenty of mood lighting and bedroom fireplace. Kitchenette has everything you’ll need; Full set of dishes, Keurig Coffee machine, Mini fridge and a Convection microwave. (The Convection Microwave works as a normal microwave or an Oven!)

King Bed with a memory foam mattress and down comforter. Other sleeping options are available as well in case you have a few more guests. (Queen size sofa pull out and an air mattress stored in the closet)

Enjoy the walk-in shower with two separate shower heads including a rain feature!

Check-in after 4pm

The day of your arrival, we will generate a new 4 digit code for the door lock and send it to you.

Check-out before 11am

Please take out trash bags and any perishable food to the trash cans on the side of the building.

Everything else should be noted in the welcome book located on the counter.

Great stay!

The unit was clean, comfortable and a great location. Overlooking the meadow and being able to hear the critters at night was so relaxing! We’ll be back for sure!

Summer trip

We were very impressed with this modern villa. The view from the balcony is beautiful and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal because it is close to several restaurant options.

Great place. Very clean. Communicated well. Would stay there again. A little confused that there are two units in one building. VRBO makes a big deal of having the whole pace to one’s self. Otherwise 5 star all the way!!

Enjoyable Stay

The property was clean and very modern. We were excited that it was “pet friendly” and brought our dogs. We had an upstairs unit and the stairs are a metal grate and our dogs had issues with the stairs. I would definitely book again, it was very quiet and peaceful and the unit itself was very clean and comfortable.

Clean modern rental

We attended a wedding and spent the weekend at Meadow View villas. It was a great experience. Very clean and modern accommodations. So much more private than the Hampton across the street and more space than a hotel room for basically the same cost. Highly recommend this one.

This property does not have any type of on-site check-in. You were supposed to receive a code for access to the unit. I never received the code. I reached out and did not hear back from anybody thank goodness there was somebody there cleaning the unit units and was able to help me Get the code, but nobody ever gave me any type of communication had I not seen that worker I would’ve been out of luck and not able to reach anyone and not be able to get into the unit that was prepaid for I thought that was very upsetting
