"総合的には清潔なホテルですが、以下の不満があります。チェックインのスタッフの経験不足があります。WiFiはパスワードを確認してもらいましたが、結論は使えず、クーポンにて対応でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトの処理時間もかかり過ぎです。部屋のエアコンの温度調整は出来ず、朝は３０℃迄室温が上がりました。毎日の様に蚊が部屋に出て、殺虫器を依頼しましたが、届きませんでした。朝食は７時からですが、７時では食事の準備が十分で出来ていませんでした。味は良かったです。"
