"The staff was extremely helpful especially the late night male employee in the sandwich coffee bistro. He was so nice, friendly, funny and worked very fast. Casino was kind of empty but I was happy, I won something and I never win lol"

"We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were leaving for a few hours or they had just gotten back. There was no reason for them to be so loud for 45+ mins each time enter or exiting at that hour and disturbing others. There should have been someone there to handle extra rowdy guests. We asked for a note to be left and no one discussed this with us upon departure given there were other guest in the area while checking out I did not want to bring it up. "

"The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"This place was sketchy. I stayed in a sweet that was almost empty. It looked like someone try to break into the room before. I would NOT bring children to this property, the clientele were rough looking at best. Had homeless people by the entrance and exit. Staff was great, but would definitely not recommend."

"Everyone was very friendly and the property was clean and well kept. Excellent bed and bathroom. This is my second stay here and I would definitely stay here again when traveling in the area. No complaints!"
