"A really old hoteĺ sprawling over many levels. Very quirky and full of character. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a nice comfy bed. Tea/coffee in the room. We only had one day to explore my ancestral home. The information Center in town was very helpful. We were able to obtain a map of all the sites where "Christmas Carol" was filmed in 1984, which is very dear to our hearts.
