"Excellent property in the centre of town. 7mins walk to the beach. Property modern,clean,well equipped & Exceeded expectations. Welcome water & drinks topped up regularly with sweets & chocs left in the room daily. Staff all helpful & friendly.nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast in nearby cafe with lots of excellent choice. Would highly recommend. "

"Our room had cockroaches. We complained 3 times to reception. On the 3rd they offered to move us to another room. We did this at midnight with 2 little kids. We were given an empty bag for the inconvenience. "

"We stayed here for a weekend while visiting friends in Rota. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. No contact with anyone in person, given codes to access the room etc which was fine. its very central and there are plenty of places to get a coffee for breakfast just outside the main entrance. Only issue for us was noisy guests returning at 3am. I would happily stay here again if I was visiting again as it suited us perfectly. "
