The staff here treat their guest like royalty and would like to thank them for giving top notch service all-round the hotel. My wife and I found our room very clean, comfortable and the in-room onsen very relaxing. The hotel also has an amazing common area waterworld pool section and private gender specific onsens which I highly recommend taking advantage of during your stay. The breakfast buffet food was delicious with an abundant of options to satisfy anyone's food craving needs. "
