One of the highlights of our trip was hiking up to the Sandy Lake Fire Tower, which offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding nature.As an East African family, this type of retreat isn’t something we grew up with, but staying here allowed us to create new traditions together. "We had the BEST week in McGregor! Very cute cabin in a great, quiet location. Janet and Jeff were wonderful hosts!! The cabin had everything we could have ever needed - indoor and outdoor games, firewood, s’mores sticks, dog towels, and more! Plus the availability of the pontoon was the icing on top! Highly recommend - we’re hoping to be back next year!"
