"رائع وخاصه للعوائل . مميزين في خدمتهم"

"掃除が行き届いていて、綺麗な客室でした。 成田空港までの送迎バスも有り、助かりました。"

"NIKKO Narita is becoming outdated. Although antiquated it is extremely clean and the staff are excellent. The food / restaurant service however, is very poorly organized. For breakfast and lunch there is not ala carte. Just an overpriced buffet with mediocre food. Fortunately there is a 24 hours LAWSONS convenience store WITHIN the hotel with MUCH better food at very reasonable prices (and just bring it to your room to eat). Overall a great place to stay for cleanliness, attentive staff, who are...

"Great, trendy little hotel. Loved it"

"Our 3rd time staying here and we love it. Great amenities, staff and facilities."

"空港送迎が便利。 コスパが良い。"

"Great location and comfortable"

"The hotel was very nice, room was small. It was hard to work around for 2 people with suitcases. The area is nice and safe but not close to anything. You’ll have to use the train station or Uber services to get to other parts of town."

"This property was perfect for our trip to Tokyo as a family of four. (Kids aged 9 and 11). It was close to Disney, and very close to the subway line. The hotel is beautiful. Everything was in perfect condition. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet can’t be beat with so many amazing options to choose from. I would definitely go back to this hotel."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"Rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Room did not have any dresser or shelves for clothing and it was difficult to keep our clothing organized."

"The transfers to the hotel/airport amazing. Super clean hotel"

"Hotel is exceptionally clean with great views. It has direct access to the metro. There’s a large pharmacy and 7 Eleven just outside. And is right in the midddle of two large shopping centres - Diver City and Aqua City. The airport bus from Haneda drops you off at the hotel as well. I didn’t use room service or dine in the hotel, it was expensive, but with so many options nearby it didn’t matter. The room amenities were great and the bed was huge and comfortable. Great option if you don’t mind...
